Job Summary

The Client Services Specialist (a.k.a. Marketing Assistant) is passionate about technology and loves to solve problems and is responsible for providing exceptional support to business owners who use the SproutLoud technology to execute their local marketing initiatives. This position involves extensive contact via phone, email and live chat with a focus on superior customer satisfaction.


  • Interact daily with clients to help them use SproutLoud's technology platform
  • Become fully educated and continue education upkeep on all necessary technology
  • Responsible for client support and order/program set-up requests 
  • Utilize customer service software, support ticket and time tracking systems to reflect all activities in progress and/or completed
  • Communicate to Client Relationship Managers and team on impediments and technology features needed or requested by clients
  • Participate in daily Sprint Meetings with team
  • Meet will-defined department and individual metrics

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-5 years in a client services role
  • Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly
  • Ability to understand SproutLoud's technology platform and talk fluently about it to non-technical customers - training will be provided on SproutLoud's proprietary technology
  • Ability to grasp and understand marketing concepts and common digital marketing practices
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task with a strong sense of urgency
  • Flexibility to accommodate a variety of priorities
  • Ability to manage relationships in a fast-paced environment
