Job Summary

SproutLoud's Senior Client Relationship Manager (Senior CRM) is an integral member of SproutLoud. His/her main role is to strengthen the organization’s ability to provide exceptional customer service to our Brands. The Senior CRM does this through collaborating within and across departments to build strong relationships, build and execute Master Account Marketing strategies, and provide training and support to grow transactional revenue on, and further the use of, the SproutLoud application. This individual also works with a high degree of autonomy presenting to clients and managing interactions on behalf of SproutLoud.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as main relationship owner for assigned client stakeholders.
  • Expert knowledge on all SproutLoud technology, regardless of client assignment; able to jump from client to client without additional technical training needed
  • Display expert understanding of SproutLoud technology for client success and work with Senior Manager to grow transactional revenue on platform
  • Travel to clients independently for strategy meetings and/or relationship purposes
  • Identify, present and sell opportunities for accounts
  • Identify client solutions and develop workflows/features/processes for implementation across departments
  • Expert competence on all SproutLoud Product and Service Delivery sold through application
  • Can lead implementations of new client onboardings
  • Create and deliver sales proposals to clients; change orders and all relevant account documentation as requested
  • Determine client gaps, develop and present solutions
  • Manage complete implementation of projects for clients
  • Exceed client expectations on problem resolution

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Previous experience as Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager; OR Client Success-related role at marketing services agency or in SaaS technology industry for 5+ years
  • Strong client management experience – understand how to interrelate SproutLoud products, services and technology within Client organizations to meet short- and long-term goals
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation of details to clients
  • Strong command of stressful situations and delegation of work
  • Strong conflict management skills
  • Expert communicator – both oral and written
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to task-switch
  • Strong ability to grasp and understand marketing concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Fully proficient in Excel and familiar with data mining
  • Consistently display a can-do attitude
  • Strong relationship building and service skills
