SproutLoud solutions manage brand compliance, increase speed to market, automate manual tasks, and provide robust reporting and business intelligence.

Job Summary

SproutLoud's Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is an integral member of SproutLoud. His/her main role is to strengthen the organization’s ability to provide exceptional customer service to our Brands (Master Accounts). The CRM does this through collaborating within PODs and across departments to build strong relationships, develop and execute Master Account Marketing strategies, and provide training and support to grow transactional revenue on, and further the use of, the SproutLoud application. This individual also works with a moderate degree of autonomy presenting to clients and managing interactions on behalf of SproutLoud.

Challenges

  • Act as a support stakeholder to account teams in CRM PODs with assigned clients
  • Act as primary day-to-day contact in CRM PODs with assigned clients
  • Participate as primary day-to-day CRM on new client onboardings; responsible for follow-up trainings and identifying new opportunities
  • Expert and intimate knowledge on Partner programs from designated Brand Accounts
  • Work to support all template loading and program management
  • Main communication channel between Brand support and  Partner support teams to keep everyone abreast of program specifics to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Work in customer communication platforms as needed to provide service to customers
  • Display expert knowledge of SproutLoud technology at Brand account level for client growth; regardless of client assignments
  • Display expert understanding of SproutLoud technology at Partner account level
  • Work internally and externally across SproutLoud and client stakeholders to develop and implement Marketing programs on behalf of clients
  • Self-sufficient on all CRM workflows and systems
  • Coordinate, manage and maintain active communication across internal teams on important programs/features currently running on SproutLoud application to ensure program success
  • Consistently display a can-do attitude and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify opportunities for Brand accounts and work with Senior Manager to sell-through
  • Continually educate clients on new SproutLoud features and functionality  
  • Manage new and ongoing client projects, including presenting pricing and communication of offline and technical projects, between internal resources and client
  • Prepare and present reporting on account activity and progress to client to internal teams
  • Proactively work with other CRMs to meet the goals of the Client Services department
  • Travel independently to client to present for training or Partner conference purposes; joint travel with Manager for sales/relationship presentations when required
  • Identify client problems and suggest solutions and features to better the client experience
  • Build and lead webinars to Brands and Partners
  • Follow all SproutLoud frameworks

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with SproutLoud technology
  • Minimum 2 years of successful agency or industry related account management experience
  • Proven track record of learning quickly and working in a team environment – understanding how to effectively use resources to find answers and solutions
  • Ability to take direction and, when needed, respectfully challenge direction with best needs of client in mind
  • Effective communicator – both oral and written
  • Ability to learn new technologies, software and computers quickly
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to task-switch
  • Ability to grasp and understand marketing concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with data mining
  • Strong relationship building and service skills
  • Consistently display a can-do attitude
  • Minimal travel required
