Summary

The Social Sales Manager is a crucial part of the SproutLoud Marketing Department responsible for growing SproutLoud’s social community, increasing customer engagement and developing sales opportunities. The Social Sales Manager is responsible for the identifying, connecting with and engaging individuals within SproutLoud’s targeted account list and influencers in the Channel Marketing space. 

Challenges

  • Increase total number Sales Accepted Leads (SAL’s) with potential customers.
  • Evaluate all conversions on the website to determine if they meet MQL criteria and sync accordingly.
  • Review MQL’s with key stakeholders to determine sales strategy.
  • Identify marketing personnel from targeted account list.  
  • Actively engage with connections.
  • Maintain tracking on status of each targeted connection and deliver content.
  • Move connections through a systematic funnel process.
  • Develop content for distribution through personal social channels.
  • Manage social engagement software packages and vendors.
  • Maintain a competitive/best practices database.
  • Develop and deliver bi-weekly reporting on social selling progress.
  • Develop quarterly operations review materials for Sr. Leadership.
  • Contribute consistent feedback to Marketing team on hot topics, trends and popular conversations.
  • Contribute to marketing planning across all activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales related activities
  • Expertise in LinkedIn, Twitter, Salesforce, Pardot, Discover.org
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills to maintain clear progress in engagement process
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications required
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to ongoing feedback
