Summary

SproutLoud is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with 3-5 years of Salesforce and Pardot marketing automation software experience. This person will be responsible to build, test and execute multiple high-frequency email campaigns, as well as create landing page templates, logic and lists. Strong multi-tasking skills compatible with a fast-paced “start-up” work environment.  Analytical skills required to evaluate and course-correct email campaigns to drive higher open rates, click-through rates and marketing qualified leads.  

Challenges

  • Primarily responsible for all eMarketing campaigns including building emails, landing page creation, email marketing and tracking via Pardot/ Salesforce marketing automation software
  • Creation and management of email lists by segment, discipline, role and vertical
  • Development and distribution of weekly analytics on email marketing results including total emails sent, open rate, click-through rate, hard bounces and unsubscribes
  • Creates recommendations based on analytics on how to improve email marketing performance by adjusting send times, frequency and audiences
  • A/B Testing of emails by subject line, content and templates
  • Lead nurturing creation and lead scoring activity to progressively drive prospects from awareness to consideration to decision
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations on modules within Pardot or other Marketing Automation Software packages that might improve results.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor's degree or technical certification equivalent
  • Certified in email marketing from Pardot
  • 3+ years management high-frequency email marketing campaigns through Pardot/Salesforce with history of successful performance and lead creation
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills in a fast-paced “start-up” environment where multiple demand generation campaigns will be running simultaneously
  • Knowledgeable with Email best practices and of CAN-SPAM and ISP Email policies
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (coding) a plus
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Certified in lead management from SFDC a plus
